"THE RHYTHM KINGS!

THE LIBERTINES are to play an exclusive midnight gig next Friday (December 5) at LONDON's RHYTHM FACTORY, with support from THE CLASH's MICK JONES.

The band will be playing as part of the 'Bring Your Own Poison' night at the east London club, and support acts already confirmed include The Lams, The Others and The Vincents.

Jones, who produced The Libertines' debut album 'Up The Bracket', will play a DJ set on the night.

THE NEWS...

After a meeting with Alan McGee on a rainy wednesday evening in London, The Others have provisionally agreed to releases their debut single via Poptones in March/April 2004. It's currently thought that the A-side will be a version of live favourite "This Is For The Poor". Sleep well y'all.
